Create a "memory mode" for operation without internet accesses.
The memory mode should store the information about where you drive up to XX minutes (to be configured by the user) and will be fed to internet when then network is available again.
This feature will help to log off-road and path in mountain where the cell phone coverage is bad.

My car need 4 minutes for catch GPS signal. I would like to set destination without GPS and I don't want to reset and reset and reset my destination on the first 1-2km on my trip.

When driving in an Area without cellphone-coverage, the route should be memorised and transmitted the next time, when coverage comes back. Also messages of events in uncovered area could be transmitted like this...
