There is a problem entering birthdays
I just registered my account and my moms… and for some odd reason the app seems fine but it is bugged or has tech issues… cause it asks for birthday and I put it in and she did it as well… and when we look at it after hitting save, it takes a day off… like why? Then after multiple tries I tried something else… I put it for the beginning of the month and it did it for the end of the prior month… so, it not just changed the day but the month as well… who can help with this problem?

Yeah, that actually sounds like a classic timezone or date-format bug. Some apps store dates in UTC and then shift them based on your local time, which can cause that “one day off” issue after saving. I’ve seen similar glitches in other platforms too.
It’s funny how even small data fields like birthdays can break UX, while more complex systems (like ordering setups or even something like https://balloons.online/mylar-foil-balloons/bouquet-balloons/ where selections depend on exact dates and occasions) manage to handle dates correctly.
Definitely worth reporting to Waze support though, since this seems like something on their backend rather than user error.
