use HN waze interpolation instead of google
We have several huge streets that make it difficult to place the house numbers, so I prefer to use interpolation by placing the house numbers in some meter intervals, but this change is usually not reflected because Waze prioritizes Google's interpolation over Waze's own data.
My suggestion is: Use Waze's interpolation when: The number is not mapped (there is no linked residential location and no house number) and there is a number greater than and less than the number searched for entered by an editor (not the automatic imported one)

I'm looking for the number 50, so in this example there is the interval (15-75) that was entered by an editor, so let's use Waze's interpolation

15 75
In this case, we maintain the current behavior, since we can't be sure that the imported number is in the correct location
