Use clear, distinctive voices
I've been using Waze for a while, but the new voice in the UK is not clear; bland and muffled compared to the old one. Turning the volume is annoying, especially since this is only a recent problem.
Since it makes the directions indistinct, Waze is less useful than it was.
Since it's distracting to try to understand it, continuing to use Waze has become a safety issue.

I agree. The new UK Kate voice is terrible. She does not pronounce words correctly and misses the end off of words, like she is speaking in slang. It is awful. Please re-instate the old voices. The new ones are grating and difficult to drive with. PLEASE LISTEN!!!
