Voice warn Payment zone, Clean Air zone or low emission zone
Payment zones, A Voice warning when selecting from a list e.g. a coffee shop in zone, or when driving towards a payment zone. So that drivers could avoid it or if driving through it they would know an online payment is due later online. Sometimes zone signs are difficult to see when foggy or at night if road is busy. The voice warning would help drivers.

If a zone payment is incurred, if not paid soon, the zone payment penalty increases greatly, in newspaper for some drivers the payments greatly increased when not paid soon.
