my waze always show requires a pass and calculating route when i need use to change other road alway show like this is this problem can fix it？and already install and uninstall and reset also awalys show nees requires a pass and calculating route no stop like stuck at there cant choose any route

i hope can settle the problem to me as fast thanks and dont recomend to clicck hov passes beause ready try and no different on my app also show requires a pass and stuck in calculate route cant press any button
