Don't hide submitter username when they are a active map editor (at least Level 1 due to signing up for WME access) for Map UR's they report in able to make finding them for the reporter in WME easier when getting home so they can add clarification to the UR and if they didn't get to it fast enough and another editor takes a look at it they know what other editor reported it so they can engage with them appropriately either through the Waze Discord chats or a Waze Map Chat DM for better communication workflow then doing it purely through the UR in that case (which doesn't allow photo examples to be attached!).

This is important because users like me who use CarPlay for Waze most of the time have no better way to mark things they find while driving around quickly then using the CarPlay interface to submit a Map Error which doesn't support including a custom comment message in which you could include your Waze username in it when initially submitting the Map Error!
