There needs to be an option to be able to specify which toll roads to use on a given route.

Oftentimes I'm going to a location where I only use portion of the paid highway as the second half of the journey is very expensive and I am able to divert.

However, Waze always sends me the highway way as the fastest route, despite not being the most efficient or cost saving.

This could be easily overcome but being able so set a cap price on tolls OR being able to add highway roads to an exception list within the Avoid toll roads option.
