We should have the option to input our clearance height and weight restriction to avoid routes that we can’t navigate. When the gps sends us down a wrong street with bridges with weight restrictions or towards an overpass with low clearance, it’s hard to find a turnaround point. Restricted points can be easily sourced through driver submissions to verify information in that area. There’s been plenty of times that I finish my route and the trucking app we used will automatically kick me out to where I can’t navigate using a predetermined GPS, so I opt to use Waze, but it’ll try to send me down car routes when I need 14ft of clearance and can’t go down routes with a limit of 2,5t. Adding these options would expand Waze to allow truckers to also use it for their routes
