Changing Destination on Phone While Connected to Android Auto

I want to change my destination on my phone while it's connected to my car through Android Auto, but I can’t type directly on the car screen. Currently, I have to unplug the cable to change the destination on my phone, and then plug it back in to reconnect to the car.

    Please add this feature for Android. It currently works on Waze when used with Apple car play.
