Option to avoid a specific bridge.

I want to be able to avoid specific bridges (Chesapeake Bay Bridge). It would be nice to be able to avoid a specific section of road, either permanently or per drive.

    YES! Avoid George Washington Bridge in NY. (Bay Bridge will be tougher)
