It's hard to keep track of when you're turning right or left when the arrow that shows the direction of the turn doesn't refer to the first turn you come to.
My suggestion is that when the first turn you come to is the correct turn, the arrow showing the direction of the turn would flash or change color, say green. A more advanced option is that if it's not the first turn, the arrow showing the turn, not the first, would be red.
