Dear Waze Team,

I would like to file a complaint regarding an extremely misleading parking suggestion made by your app.

On July 31st, I was using Waze to navigate to the Atomium in Brussels. The app directed me to an open parking area near the Trade Mart building. I followed the recommendation, unaware that this parking lot charges a flat rate of €10 — even if you stay for just 30 minutes, as I did.

There was no price indication or warning in the app, and had I been informed, I would have easily chosen a cheaper alternative nearby. I find it unacceptable that Waze would guide users to such an expensive parking spot without any cost transparency.

I kindly request that Waze take steps to prevent this kind of misleading suggestion in the future and provide users with better parking information — especially when it involves excessive fees.
