Look both ways when a road ends at a two-way road and you turn right
When driving on a road that ends in a two-lane road and you want to turn right, you usually only look to the left to see if a vehicle is approaching.
I think that in these cases, Waze should give a voice warning to check visually in both directions.
It may happen that on the right side a vehicle is overtaking another and the driver is doing so on the opposite lane, the lane you intend to enter.
The danger can increase if visibility is poor due to vegetation or other objects.

Furthermore, the vehicle overtaking on the opposite lane is doing so because there are no oncoming vehicles, which is the same perception of the driver entering the road, who may proceed without noticing that a vehicle on the right is occupying his lane.
