It would be super neat if Waze showed directions via any means (Notifications like Google maps or even a pop-up map like Google Maps) when the app is minimized.

I noticed an option to show them on lock screen, but it like, doesn't.

(Also, for a while now after one of the updates months ago it stopped updating ETA when there is an alert, I have to tap to dismiss it for it to update. Also, I turned off all alerts for construction but it still pops up constantly near the bottom on top of bar where it says ETA. So since there is construction everywhere in my city, I have an ever present alert for it. Thus I often have to dismiss like 3+ construction alerts to have it update my ETA. By ETA I mean how many min away I am, not the actual ETA like the time of arrival)

Im on Android on an S24+ with everything updated. To be clear I don't use voice directions ever I mean like things showing up on the screen.
