For a couple years now Voice Reporting, especially with Google Assistant, has been broken and not working properly.

When you say "Hey Google, report _____" , it processes the command for a bit and then doesn't post the report on the map. Nothing happens.

Clearing App Cache doesn't help.
Redoing Voice Calibration doesn't help.
Reinstalling the app doesn't help.
Rebooting the phone or app doesn't help.

A patch for this issue is extremely critical considering it makes the app unsafe to use. The whole point of a hands-off feature is to prevent distracted driving.

This is a safety issue, please consider.
