Option to display MILE MARKERS on interstates.
Please add an option to display mile markers on the map when traveling interstates. Some locations like rest areas are already defined by mile markers within Waze, and the data is already available on the back end so it shouldn’t be difficult to implement. It could be optional and off by default. But it absolutely helps road safety by being able to accurately report emergencies by way of mile marker designations on open stretches of interstate. Also very useful to professional drivers.

We'd be happy to work with the Waze team on this. We maintain accurate nationwide data on mile markers with our Mile-1 app, used by the public, DOT's, and first responders throughout the U.S. We also have an API to show the exact MM on crash locations, hazards, lane closures, etc. Or it can be used to just ask, "What's my mile marker?" and it'll tell you.
