traffic notice from government
In Hong Kong, the transport department of the Government will publish notices for temporary traffice arrangement. There is a open data repleade from the Govrnment under this link "https://data.gov.hk/en-data/dataset/hk-td-tis_22-traffic-notices/resource/0749d573-979a-442b-a97f-8fce8269370d" please use it to update the road status. It will help us a lot. Thanks
