Police Officer options
Any way to create an option to log on as a "verified" Police Officer so I can respond to hazzards not called in but reported to Waze? Maybe an option to create an overlay so if I'm signed on, I get notified of hazzards in my area?

Highways Traffic Officers are often reported as “Police,” but they do not enforce laws or issue fines.
This creates confusion and reduces report accuracy and deems any police report as untrustworthy
Splitting reports into:
• Police (enforcement)
• Traffic Officers (incident management)would improve clarity, trust, and usefulness for drivers. Not only in initial reporting but also in other users having a feature to correct incorrect reporting instead of flagging “not there” for the next user to report police again

On U.K. motorways we have Police Officers and Highways Agency Traffic Officers. The Police enforce the law and deals with motorway incidents and Traffic Officers are there to help with incidents and assist motorists, but NOT enforce the law. Wazers are constantly highlighting Traffic officers instead of Police Officers when there is no need at all to point them out!! Yes they may look similar but they do not have the same responsibilities, their cars are different colours and their cars are not the same as the police. Please put a button on the hazards page for Traffic Officer or a button to confirm one or the other when the “still there” option comes up.
