Reports
I would like it if in the account history I was able to see more information about reports I've done, and to export that data.
I use Waze as I'm driving to report potholes and then later I carry that over to my city's website in order to get it fixed.
In Waze, when I look at previous reports I just see a small map that often doesn't show the street names or the crossing streets.
I would like for the app to have a zoomable map so I can zoom out and see where the report was. Ideally I would be able to export the day and time of the report, the type, the lat/long of the report, the street name and direction of travel in a .CSV file.

Please consider allowing users to access a history of the hazards they have reported through Waze. This history could include:
● Date and time of each report
● GPS coordinates and street/location
● Type of hazard reported (pothole, object in roadway, road damage, flooding, etc.)
● Whether the report was confirmed by other users
● Duration the hazard remained active before being resolved
● A unique report ID
● The ability to add optional photos (where safe and submitted after the drive)
Export CapabilityIt would also be extremely beneficial if users could export this information as a PDF or CSV file for documentation purposes.
Why This Matters
Many drivers experience costly vehicle damage caused by hazardous road conditions such as potholes, deteriorating pavement, or debris. In many jurisdictions, drivers may seek reimbursement from a city, county, or state transportation agency when negligence can be demonstrated. Unfortunately, proving that a hazardous condition existed before the damage occurred is often difficult.A historical reporting feature would:
● Help drivers document recurring road hazards.
● Provide evidence that a hazard had been reported before vehicle damage occurred.
● Support reimbursement claims where permitted by law.
● Encourage transportation agencies to address recurring hazards more quickly.
● Increase transparency and accountability regarding road maintenance.
● Demonstrate the real-world value of crowdsourced navigation data beyond route guidance.Community Benefits
This feature would strengthen Waze’s role as not only a navigation platform but also a valuable public safety and infrastructure reporting tool. It would empower users, encourage more accurate hazard reporting, and help local governments prioritize road repairs based on verified community data.Thank you for considering this enhancement. I believe it would be a meaningful addition that benefits drivers, municipalities, and the Waze community alike.
