Allow reporting of New Incidents while an Alert is active (Android Auto)
When using Waze on Android Auto, if an active alert (e.g., speed camera, crash, lane closure) is currently displayed on the screen, the button to report a new incident becomes inaccessible or disappears.
To submit a new report, the driver is currently forced to first accept or close the existing alert. This is highly impractical and potentially unsafe while driving.
This limitation prevents users from easily reporting multiple, co-located events (like a lane closure and a crash) in densely populated areas where multiple things often happen near each other.
I suggest that the Report Button should remain visible and accessible on the Android Auto interface, even when another alert or warning is being displayed.
This would allow drivers to immediately report the event they see without needing to interact with the current alert first. The Waze platform can later handle the filtering or merging of similar reports to prevent duplication.

When using Waze with Android Auto, the 'report' icon becomes hidden whenever an alert appears (such as speed cameras, police, or potholes). I have to dismiss the alert before I can report anything. Sometimes, I’m just about to tap the report button when an alert pops up and hides it.

If it is happening in Carplay, it should fix it as well
