Community confirmation:
- Nearby drivers can tap “Seen it” to confirm the report.
- Once confirmed, the moving alert also activates for the confirming driver, so it continues updating drivers within their own 200-meter range.
- Confirmed reports stay active for a limited time.
- Unconfirmed reports automatically disappear after a short period.
