make waze editor handle adding hours after 00:00
if i add time opening for the place, like 9:00 morning to 1:00 night
waze reject it and I should add new time like this
9:00-00:00
00:00 - 1:00
this made separate periods and make the message "colsed at 00:00
please fix it
