I'd love to see an "Animal/Wildlife on or Near Road" hazard added to Waze.
This could help warn drivers about wildlife on rural roads, such as kangaroos, wombats, and livestock, as well as loose pets in towns and cities when it's not safe for a driver to stop.
Like other Waze hazards, reports could expire after a short time unless confirmed by other users. This simple feature could help prevent collisions, improve driver safety, and protect both wildlife and domestic animals.
