Road Color Coding
This would be especially helpful for motorcycle riders. Some skyways and expressways are restricted to motorcycles below 400cc, so riders can accidentally enter them when an elevated road and a regular road are very close together or overlap.
I suggest using a specific color for different road types:
🟪 Purple = restricted highway/skyway — motorcycles below 400cc not allowed
🟦 Blue = skyway/elevated road
🟩 Green = regular road available to motorcycles
🟧 Orange = underway/underpass
Purple would be better than red because red is commonly used to indicate traffic, congestion, danger, or road closures.
The navigation ARROW should also match the color of the road being recommended. If the rider is approaching a restricted skyway, Waze could show the road in purple and display a clear warning such as “Restricted for your vehicle.”
This would make it much easier for motorcycle riders to understand which road they should take, especially at complicated interchanges where the skyway, highway, and ground-level roads are close together.
Color-coding restricted roads could help prevent accidental entry into highways that are not permitted for smaller motorcycles and reduce misdirection.
For the colors, its up to you, just choose a color that also helps color blind drivers
