Stop the gazetted speed pop up over the record of the current speed, have them beside each other so you can see each at the same time
Gazetted speed pops up at different times and stays over the current speed for various amounts of time, ideally it should be like google maps where the gazetted speed & your current speed are beside each other.
Additionally when your current speed is over the gazetted speed the colour combination can be difficult to read, maybe a yellow background with red numbers rather than the black/grey background with red numbers to make them easier to read.
