New menu "Traffic events" on the app
Currently the only way to get notified about a traffic event is through a push notification that Wazes decides to send to the users that may be affected by that event. This leads to many users not receiving the push notification (phone is off, haven’t driven throught the impacted zone recently…) and don’t get notified about the event.
I propose a new “Traffic events” menú in the app. It would be very useful to people that need to visit a place that has never driven with Waze on because they could check if there is any event impacting traffic in that particular location.
This new menu basically just opens https://www.waze.com/events embedded in the app.
