Feature Request: Add LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas / Autogas) as a Fuel Type Selection
Hello Waze Team and Community,
I would like to formally request the addition of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas / Autogas) to the 'Preferred Fuel Type' selector in the app settings, as well as the ability to view and update its prices at gas stations.
Reasons for this request:
1. High regional adoption: LPG is a widely used alternative fuel for millions of drivers and commercial fleets across many countries in Europe and Latin America.
2. Navigation and price accuracy: Currently, the app only allows selection between Gasoline, Diesel, or Electric options. Without an LPG filter, drivers of LPG vehicles cannot easily locate stations that offer this fuel, nor can we accurately report or check updated prices.
3. Enhanced user experience: Adding this option would empower the community to keep the LPG station database organized, accurate, and helpful for everyone.
Thank you in advance for considering this suggestion and to community members for upvoting this feature!
Best regards,
jon
