When you click on the type of hazard you should be able to have a picture icon on the type of hazard and press on it and he nearly go to the camera instead of the two-step process of pick the type of hazard and then have to take a picture separately.
Four example if you click on pothole you have the option just to record the pothole or there's a camera icon next to the pothole tab and you click on the camera and it AUTOMATICALLY takes you to the camera or even better just snaps a pic right there
