Or you could just turn your head and check your mirrors lol. Install rear-facing camera if you're really worried about this.

En algunos radares fijos, no funciona el aviso acústico, sin enbargo, el visual funciona perfectamente.

I agree. the speed camera aletrs should be all the time not just if speeding.

I really hope that Waze can alert me about anything before 1km so at least one can have enough time to reduce speed in a safe way.

Because reducing speed all out of sudden is extremely dangerous and also a very high possibilities of getting hit from the vehicle behind.

I know following speed limits are very important but consider a upper level of road safety while driving, I believe it's pretty much preferred by many Wazers...

this would be wery useble. . Not onlywarning when you speeding but warnings all the time when you are approaching to speed camera.

In the notification “speed camera reported ahead” the voice also says “the max speed is XX” so you don’t need to look at that screen (very useful if you are driving with the motorcycle and just using Bluetooth earphones)

Lors d'un excès de vitesse (90 km par exemple), l'alerte sonne.
Je peux alors réduire ma vitesse MAIS si je dépasse DE NOUVEAU la vitesse limite (90 km par exemple), l'alerte ne fonctionne plus.
Pourrai-t'on avoir des alertes pour TOUS les dépassements de vitesse ?

A few points:

The voice and notification warning should be at least half a mile before.
The voice warning should be quicker and state, for example "Speed camera, seven zero miles per hour limit".

My suggestion is to have a optional constant speed alert that will keep going off until you have dropped to the correct speed or lower, also to have the speed alert sound over power music.

I propose to add a visual or audible warning for cases where the route is built through segments marked as unpaved roads. This warning will be very appropriate for the user when choosing a route.

I agree, most of the cameras are just traps (at least here in Croatia) with no real impact on traffic safety. This feaure will be really handy, good idea.

agree, waze should provide an audible warning approaching speed camera

I don't seem to get any audio alerts for Speed Cameras at all. Just the pulsing circle on the map display. I'm having to go back to using the Tom Tom Go app, as this provides audible alerts for all Speed Cameras and Red Light Cameras regardless of my current speed. I consider this to be a show-stopping omission in Waze. Sorry.

A Paris Nous sommes de plus en plus verbalisés pour des infractions = non respect du sas de velo devant un feu par exemple (pas vraiment dangereux) : il faudrait indiquer les cameras de videoverbalisation (dome et leur portée)

Gostaria de sugerir o Waze ter uma opção de alertar radares mesmo você estando numa velocidade abaixo do radar.
Em algumas situações em que você está em um transito (atrás de um caminhão por exemplo), e ao ultrapassar este caminhão, você se depara com um radar bem a frente, que não havia sido alertado.
