The Jane voice is impossible to hear in noisy traffic and the volume level is way too low. Worse, the pronunciations are terrible, and lag, Most cues finish the moment I am passing an exit -- generally because they are incomplete.

Why would you make this change so abruptly without informing users? Don't fix something that ain't broke.

LOUDER VOICES PLEASE! The change makes it much harder to hear the commands. The idea is to be able hear over road noise, phone calls (not in my calls, please), music played at a reasonable level, etc.

Tom as well. Jane's voice and the implementation are causing me to make wrong turns!

Brilliant decision... Not. Bring back Samantha and Tom... Fire Jane.

Tom please. On motorcycle the higher pitched female voices are drowned out. Need lower pitched voice.

Tom was my friend that helped me get through Los Angeles traffic. The new voices don't even come close to being able to replace him. Please being back Tom!

It is very hard to hear Jane please fix it. You ruined something that was working just fine before.

I agree that forcing the change on users was abrupt and most unwelcome. I've used Waze for years and Samantha voice's was comfortable. I had no problem understanding or hearing the voice. Jane is at best a work in progress and not ready for prime time. Often she just blurts out a quick (compared to Samantha) phrase that is over before I realize she is speaking. The pitch is a bit too high for my taste.

Jane's voice is too soft and she mispronounces about half of the street and route suffixes she tries to say.

Jane mispronounces more streets than Samantha did

Please consider beta testing this type of change in the future.

I dont hate the voice, but some prompts are longer in duration. I have been hoping for shorter ones-- shorter interruptions of my audible books which do not pause for the announcements.

“Jane” sounds like a drunk Valley Girl—slurring, mumbling, failing to enunciate or speak clearly.
