Why?
Dangerous roads, narrow lanes.
Bad road surface, potholes, bumps.
Restricted vehicles: trailers, weight limitations, fuel restrictions, emission restrictions.
Other personal considerations. -

I absolutely need this. Some sections of routes are deadly dangerous to me and should not be taken.

This is a great idea. I NEVER take the 1st route option to work because while it's 1 or 2 minutes faster, it's over 10 miles longer. If I could blacklist it, perhaps Waze would suggest yet another route that would be more meaningful to my commute.
