Waze directions are given too late
I have recently moved to Melbourne Australia. Every road, every intersection, every turn is new to me. I've been an avid Waze user for many years, but I cannot use it anymore. Every directional instruction is 1-3 seconds too late. I have never encountered this problem, because I only used the alert voice setting since I knew my daily drive and area very well.
A few examples:
1) When approaching an intersection while in the middle of a 5 lane road, the direction to turn right is only given once the lane turn-offs begin.

One touch notices
I have been a loyal wazer for years and use the Apple CarPlay interface. These are my suggestions:
A) The main screen should have THREE one touch HOT BUTTONS:
1) Object on road
2) Vehicle on Shoulder
3) PoliceIt currently takes two or three clicks to achieve these 3 most common alerts. The change can use simple icons and safety would be greatly improved.
B) When Waze re-routes me, it needs to give more explanation. Examples:
1) “Re-routing due to accident mile marker 204”
2) “Re-routing due to traffic saving 10 minutes”
3) “Re-routing due to construction”Thanks!

Erase from your driving map Calcada do Calvario street, Amarante, Portugal
When driving in Amarante, Portugal, I received from WAZE one of the worst suggestion to drive through Calcada do Calvario street. The street is so bad, with very big stones as pavement and have parts with very high slope, has many holes in the pavement and after a short rain, very slippery. This street is very dangerous and I recommend to erase this street from your driving maps.

Upsize the notifications options
The yes and no options are too small and should fill in the space that is blurred atm to make it easier to click the option while in a moving vehicle.

Night before alert with time to leave in the morning gone? Used to work for all planned drives but stopped around the same time as the new horrible menus appeared…

voltar com a opção de combustivel, modo offline para quando a gente quiser sinalizar trajeto ruim e depois publicar online
App muito bom Porém da erro quando a gente quer viajar pra outro país da América do Sul, poderia voltar com a opção do combustivel. E um modo offline para salvar quando a gente precisa alertar de travego ruim e da erro por causa de rede.

Improve the UI
- Speed Camera/Hazard/Red Light Cam pop up is too big & obscures lane navigation. Make it smaller! This is particularly detrimental when lane change is close to the speed cam and driver can't see the lane guidance
- After passing speed/red light camera, why the 10sec delay showing the warning? Not useful at all. Just a small icon will do, why take up precious screen space
- Can't close the speed cam/hazard pop up as the cursor keeps defaulting back to Search icon (I use a navigation dial on my Audi, which does not have touch screen interface). As it keeps blocking the…

Railroad crossing warning remains on screen permanently after recalculating route
Like the title says, the “railroad crossing” warning stays on the screen forever if the route recalculates while the warning is on screen

Old warnings/alerts
Hazards/alerts that I have already heard should be able to be disabled. When I use the same route everyday to work I already know about these old ”hazards on road ahead”

Report Red Zones, unsafe places
Be able to report car robberies or break-ins and red zones on the map so that waze can provide an efficient but also safe route.

Ability to EXIT from Alert Pop Up
On the new display design, when an alert pops up on the left-hand side (i.e. disabled vehicle on shoulder), it often hides information in the top-left navigation box. The user can not hide that alert box without hitting (1) still there or (2) not there. Oftentimes, the issue is still some ways down the road and the driver has no idea which to press. BUT, the driver presses something -- anything -- to remove the alert because they need to see the navigation information. This probably leads to bad data being shared out. Give the driver the option to HIDE…

crucial alerts should be more informative and different from normal ones
Please inform user about Vignette condition and effect on the routes (in Switzerland)!
I am an avid fan and frequent user of waze. literally anywhere and anytime I am planning a route I use waze, and I always suggest and inform people about its benefits. But Yesterday we had a very bad experience using it.
Our trip was from Vaduz to Grindelwald (Switzerland)
Waze always alarms about C- Zones, Toll roads at the beginning of choosing the route, ... and it did the same about vignette but the confusing thing is that it did not say that we have to…1 vote -

Zona escolar
Hola, buenas tardes, no se si ya habían considerado el introducir una opción para advertencia de las zonas escolares, así como la de los ferrocarriles, pero que se active a la hora que los niños salen de la escuela, en México tenemos horarios, pero a diferencia con USA, aquí no te ponen semáforos de advertencia, solo señalamientos qué si no te acuerdas de a que horas es la zona escolar, los policías te cazan para ponerte una multa.

Not an idea- Alerts
I consistently have Alerts freeze. Ie - Car .02 miles there not there is frozen on my screen.
