Sleep-/Awake - Mode Apple/Android shortcut
A shortcut to set the app in a sleeping (and awake-) mode, so it doesn’t use any data/gps so we don’t have to close it manually every time we’re stepping out the vehicle.
This way, you can set a shortcut like: when connecting to car bluetooth -> wake up Waze. When disconnecting from car bluetooth -> set to sleep mode.With that shortcut we could leave the app open in the background and don’t need to start/end it manually every time

Feature request: Please allow Waze links (deep links) to include multiple waypoints or a forced route. This would make it much easier to share routes that intentionally avoid city centers, low bridges, weight restrictions, or other obstacles. Many drivers with trailers, roof cargo, campers, or trucks need to follow a specific route rather than simply navigate to a destination. Being able to share a complete predefined route would greatly improve safety and usability.

Email address update
I try to change my email address from Yahoo to Gmail.
However, after verification Yahoo address, Gmail verification code can not be received.
So, I can not chenge my email address to Gmail address.
Please review its current process.
I do not want to register it as Google account.

Custom vignette validity period
It would be very useful if users could manually set the validity period of their vignette (for example 1, 10, 30, or any custom number of days), instead of only selecting predefined options.

Don’t send alerts with authorization
You should not send alerts that have not been authorized. I personally can’t see every soccer game live, but you send live scores that I never asked for. If I want to record a game because I can’t see it live, you spoil this because of unwanted alerts. Please stop

Food delivery
BUSINESS STRATEGY: Partner with a food delivery platform. The waze points accumulated by using the app are then used to redeem delivery credits. I mean it can be a ridiculous amount of points for a miniscule dollar amount and people will work for it by training your app and giving it data. Sweeten the deal and offer waze premium or a standalone waze gps for x amount of drivers to get your brand in their engagement pool too. Did not find any other place to leave this feedback, but the application is unusable since 12.06.2026 for Samsung FE25. The application does not start the navigation and after reinstall it does not allow me to log in.

Hi! I love the app as it is, and recently I've been thinking it's the most popular app for real time information about anywhere, because everyone's updating it. We have been having catastrophic climate issues in Brazil's south region lately (search for floods @ Rio Grande do Sul back in 2024). Historic floodings coming back like 20, 30 years later, out of nowhere. Lately every time it rains a little more than usual, lots of places flood and I kind of follow it through the map warnings as well as social media. I think it would be a great tool…

Construction work. The move over rule should be reminded whether it's a red flashing screen.
Something to remind the driver. Oh, yeah. I'm supposed to move over before it's too late.
