Manually Disable CarPlay
I much prefer to use CarPlay on my phone than on my faulty dim old car screen, but disabling Waze through my iPhone settings doesn’t work half the time so I keep needing to unplug my phone sacrificing my music and charging whenever I want to use Waze. I wish there was an in-app way to prevent CarPlay from accessing Waze so I could charge my phone while seeing the map on its screen.

Can you please give us the option "Turn right only"?
Can you please give us the option "Turn right only when possible", and get itineraries, or directions, with only right turns to you destination? It's sometimes impossible to turn Left in big American cities like Los Angeles. Conan, the late night show host, hinted to this when he visited your offices in 2017 in Tel Aviv, and asked if your app could stop telling him to turn left from 14th street onto Montana. I know this part of town, and I can attest to this: It is impossible to turn left there... But it's like that all over town!!! Plus, studies have shown that, in the US at least, where turning right on red light is possible, "turning right only" itiniraries save user gas, without impeding the commuting time significantly. UPS, the delivery service started doing it in the 70s, and try when possible to turn right only, and ended up saving millions by not having their truck sitting idles at red lights or cross roads, waiting to turn left. That's right, turning right 3 times, is more environementaly friendly and economic, without sacrifing commuting time, than waiting to turn left. So please, consider this and make it happen. Thank you.

For turn notification, should state "Turn left in [300] meters, at the following junction" instead of "Turn left in [300] meters" only
Very often, i make the turn too early because the voice command said to turn left in *** meters and i saw a traffic junction coming up and lined up in the wrong lane when actually i should have continued straight and turned left at the following junction instead

“Report Mobile Emergency Vehicle” voice command to prompt the query ‘type and direction of travel’ followed by the Wazer reply “Police/Fire/Ambulance - My Lane/Opposite Lane”. This would follow with allerting Wazers a predetermined distance ahead (1 to 5 miles) in any lane of travel to be on the lookout. Police presence is to encourage obeying speed limits and this feature acts as an extended police presence. This feature also alerts traffic to make way for emergency vehicles as we are in most countries legally obliged. Programming and implementation should be straightforward, but as any open source requires community participation to function effectively.

Vehicle on hard shoulder
Perhaps the wording of "Vehicle on hard shoulder" could be changed to "Broken down vehicle obstruction" or something else similar. This way it is only added when a vehicle is in a live lane. I find a lot of people add this report when the vehicle is not in the way, sometimes just in a layby even. There is no need for the report and just causes unnecessary traffic delays. It would be the same as saying "Lamppost ahead" if it's not in the road or obstructing traffic, then I feel the report is more of a distraction than the actual vehicle that has pulled over.

Amperfy Music App Support
Amperfy is an open-source music app that allows users to connect to and play and download music from a (self-hosted) Ampcache or Subsonic server. It being open-source and the servers being self-hosted provide an inherently user-friendly experience where the user has a lot of control over how their music library is handled and it is a great app.
It would be great to see Amperfy supported directly in Waze - that would make Waze perfect for me.

The idea is to allow users to quickly and easily indicate when an ambulance is approaching or passing by. This way, other nearby drivers can be immediately notified and react accordingly to make room, improving safety and response time for emergency services.
Having this button easily accessible—without needing to navigate through menus—would make the process much faster and more effective in real-time situations.

Direct email for waze
How about a direct way to contact waze. You have all these suggestions but Waze never follows up on them. For instance Google maps gave me something that Waze didn't and kept me probably from an accident. But there's no way to directly report the road closure to Waze because the app sucks on that
