  1. School zones variable speed limit

    Most of our speed zones in province of Quebec are variable in time of day, day of week and month of year. Do you think you could add this feature so it represents the actual speed limit in real time.
    In a regular 50km/h residential zone, the school zone is normally active from 7 to 17, monday to friday, september to july.

    In Waze Map Editor, receive alert when some GPS traces appears over map with no segments.
    Helps to Editors to review or create new segment in map.

  3. Differentiate Visiting Helpers/Raiders from True Area Managers

    Please differentiate between visiting helpers/raiders and true Area Managers. At present, temporary map raiders and other visiting helpers are typically provided with editable area by granting them "Area Manager" status. As a result, community tools do not distinguish between visiting helpers and dedicated local managers. This can confuse editors, particularly beginners and visitors, who want to identify a true Area Manager for a region in order to open a conversation on local issues.   4. 3000 modifications to reach level 2 !!

    I am disappointed to have to make 3.000 modifications to reach level 2 ... 25,000 for level 3 and 100,000 for level 4!
    It's a 24 hour job!
    At level 4 approval from the team and local experts is needed ... stupid!
    it's easier to get into the FBI!
    With my 56 edits that I'm so proud of ... I'm ridiculous!

  6. Allow for combined speed/red light cameras on map edits

    Australia has combined speed and red-light cameras, so we need to be able to add this new type of camera.

  7. Drive with your friend(s) or Family

    You can drive with your friends or family if you have a 2 or more vehicle convoy. This means if you loose a convoy member, you can find them on the map, and then set a route. All while your original route stays in a queue. You can also sent your friend(s) or family the route so they can set it up on their phone, car play or android auto.

  11. Country Manager

    The Country Manager should be a local editor as we know the changes to the road, we are driving in the country, not a foreigner using satellite images to edit the map.

    Some accidents are caused by drivers heavily depending on waze at night as they know its updated but now its not .

  12. Max/Min Speed Limit

    The idea is to display a minimum speed limit also in blue color with a maximum speed limit (already available on the map). Most of the main Highways in the UAE have max & min speed limits. You can get a fine for driving lower than minimum speed also. for eg. E11 (110/60), E311 AbuDhabi side (140/120)

    Bonjour,

    Une fonctionnalité intéressante serait les notes sous formes d'étoiles par exemple car très visuel. C'est une idée très similaire a Google Map mais qui serait toujours un plus pour nous la communautée de Waze

    pin points of intrest or places you want to visit and crate a rout using thouse pins not only a to b destinations. lets say i have no destination but i want to go through this street because its twisty after that this street because of view and so on. like im here and pin a then pin b,pin c, pin d and i get this rout to follow. so you could make this rout at home and then go for like 1hr drive around - joy ride.
