Elevation drop down opened on Ground level
If clicking on Elevation the drop down opens with 9, 8, 7.... It would be helpfull if the dropdown opened with Ground level in the middle so you can easily select 1, 2 or -1.

All those options were (maybe??) helpful when we were setting RR at -5, but we don't do that any more. (Was ANYTHING ever set at -8?)
It's probably only in large cities with multiple stacked overpasses that we'd need to go higher than +2. And, most places, it would only be +1. Once they're set, how often do those stacked big-city overpasses change elevation?

Yes, this is very hard to deal with as it is now.
Someone brought up in our chats that the best option would be to just have 3 clickable buttons.
Reset - resets the elevation back to ground
+1 - adds one level per click
-1 - lowers one level per clickThe odds of needing to click to the max in either direction is so rare that we can deal with the extra clicks to get there.
