   Users should be able to set a perimeter by themselves to avoid some areas by personal interest or not - only in their apps and smartphones.
   Why? Some areas should be avoided if you don't want to pass by there for any personal reason.
   Its not about to create a "general exclusion area " but only users can add, edit and delete their own restrictions.

   Usuários deveriam ter a opção de criar suas próprias "zonas a evitar" em seus celulares e apos.
   E porquê? Porque você seria desviado de uma zona que não quer passar, por motivos pessoais.
   Não se trata de editar um mapa geral com "zonas de exclusão", mas sim, dar a possibilidade ao usuário de editar e usar suas próprias "áreas a evitar", somente em seu celular e app.
