    Keep "Left/Right" should be reserved for navigation required to remain on the major road you are on. It is the opposite of "Exit" or "Turn" where Exit means to use a dedicated road to go to another road and Turn means to go directly from one road to another without any dedicated segments to join the two.
    Stay is used to help guide the driver to the correct side of the road before exiting or turning.

    I have a horrible sense of distance in feet. I would like an instruction that would take my speed and work out the distance to the next turn in seconds. So instead of being given "Turn left in 1000 feet", she would say "Turn left in 8 seconds." Ideally, combine this with the idea that would have her say "Turn left at the 2nd left in 8 seconds" so I know not to turn too soon.
