   the street name is blue
   and the number of km/miles is white.
   FLIP THESE COLORS
   THE STREET NAME IS THE MOST IMPORTANT AND SHOULD BE EASY TO READ SO IT SHOULD BE WHITE
   the km/miles is secondary and can be blue.
