Great thinking! We’ll share with the team; they’re always interested in new feature ideas.

Blue font on black background is hard to read while driving. Please change to Yellow font color or allow users to choose color settings. Thanks, great app!

Can you make the highlighting around the notification box (where the speed camera warnings pop up for example) clearer? It shows blue around blue and is harder to see. It needs a more contrasting colour? So you spend less time checking you’ve highlighted it and more time looking at the road ?

Please change or offer an option to change the color scheme on the directions screen to black on white. Current blue on black scheme is often very hard to read.

Considering that MULTIPLE people have been complaining about the blue font on black background for YEARS, I can only assume either the Waze staff do not read suggestions or they simply do not care.

In the hazard reporting screens, the background is white and the selected option is "very very light gray." In night mode the background is black and the selected option is "very very dark gray."
How about an obvious box around the selected option - IN A CONTRASTING COLOR?!?!?

PLEASE make the street name WHITE on BLACK at the top of the app ("2 miles...turn right at main street" MAIN STREET is DARK BLUE ON BLACK and almost ENTIRELY invisible I have nearly crashed several times trying to make out what the street name is! Dark blue on black is a TERRIBLE idea there. This MUST absolutely be WHITE FONT on BLACK BACKGROUND...If this isn't fixed soon I will definitely switch to another service, it's really quite dangerous for anyone without 19 year old 20/20 vision.

I don't like violet color of my route in day mode. I like the blue color in night mode which I want to apply in day mode. If route colors could be changed (at least several options), that would be a great option.

Switch font size and color of direction (currently blue). The actual direction should be larger and more visible.

Hello
The color should be #007FFF and text #FFFFFF for metropolitan roads and not that it is actually. -

Driving in town or at busy junctions, with both items the same colour it is very easy to lose your routing for long enough to make an error

Ability to choose colourS of map route plus contrasting ‘travel via’ route as colours too similar (blue & purple) & hence can go the wrong way when routes close or cross over & high level of ability to distinguish at a glance essential.

I completely agree with this suggestion

The ability to set your own colour scheme would be amazing frankly. It’s not that the default isn’t good, but that it can be so much better personalised and allows expert users that flexibility.

In the interface white text is often shown on a light blue button or background. Same goes for warnings with white text on yellow or orange background. This is too hard to read and therefor not helping traffic safety.
It would be better to use a black font color when the background or button has a light color.

I agree completely with this. The blue on black is terrible. I have to have the passenger read the navigation directions to me. Make it white on black, or customizable.

I find the blue turn description extremely hard to read during the daytime hours in bright sun wearing sunglasses. Is there any way that the font color can be adjusted?
