The app should let you view turn by turn directions and to "X" out or swipe away a road they'd like to avoid, and having the app recalculate a route without that road. Living in the city, there are certain roads that need to be avoided even though they are the "fastest." Unfortunately, they typically never are and back up a lot faster than normal. By being able to avoid certain roads, it would most likely make users drives a lot less stressful even though it may add a minute or two.
