   I agree. Once the user has selected to enter a police report; I would suggest having a Birdseye view of the highway depicting the police icons in common areas on the streets. The user could quickly select the appropriate police icon as it relates to the positioning on the highway (also include a “police is hiding” icon). Do the same implementation for Hazards.
