I think this would be great.
Maybe this could work also if Waze could detect patterns of users leaving parking spaces, with no need for user to inform the app that the space has been emptied (e.g. provide a likelihood of a parking space having been freed based on a each user's behavior - app in use, last location/parking info, other datapoints).

Using data like location, speed, the radius of where user has been driving for the last minutes, planned route ended but car still "moving around", any other datapoints - or even by having the user pressing a "I'm looking for parking" button, estimate the time users are taking to find parking spaces on the street in different areas of towns.
This could provide an estimate for "time to park" in real time, or for planned trips.
I believe this could help planning errands and daily routines.
