Hola, Carlos:

Carpool is dead now, but why would it even make sense for Google to partner with a 3rd-party payment processor when they can do it themselves on their own product?
Also, carpool payments were never meant to be a means of making any sort of living. It's literally just compensation for picking someone up along a route you'd already be driving along. -

Hey there, this might be a bug.
You can head to Waze's Help Center and contact support to see whether you're experiencing a bug or whether that's intended behavior.I can't post links here, but just google "waze help center" and you'll find it.
Do note that if you're facing some sort of bug or unexpected behavior, they will likely ask you for screenshots/screen recordings and debug logs so they can investigate further.
You can be proactive and submit a ticket to them with all the information at the ready.
Just search their help center for "submit debug logs" and you'll find the steps. You basically just enter debug mode, restart Waze, *reproduce your issue*, then hit the report button (the orange one on the map) and click the Debug (wazer bee) icon and wait for the confirmation message.
At that point, you can contact Waze customer support and they'll be able to investigate your issue in a manner that suits all parties. -

This sounds like a Uservoice problem, not a Waze problem.
You realize this website right here isn't powered by waze, right? This is an outsourced platform for software feedback. -

Hey there, the Waze Map is edited by Wazers like you and me.
Make sure you have set a username in Waze before continuing (google waze help, then in their help center search"set username" to learn how to do that in the app)
You can report these issues from within the app. When you're at/near the location, tap the orange report button, tap map issue, tap wrong address or general map issue, then provide as much detail as you can so the volunteer map editors can fix it as quickly as possible.
You can learn more about map editing and submitting reports in waze by searching for those terms in waze's help center (just google waze help and you'll find it, I can't link anything here)
In general, you should use the waze help center and contact their support (through there), if need be, rather than post support issues here.

Hey there, map editors are volunteers, not Waze employees.
Unfortunately, they can use whatever tone they like with you (just like I can, lol).In all seriousness though, Waze has literally no control over how map editors interact with you unless they're harassing/threatening you, I would guess.

Hey there, this sounds like a bug. Waze usually displays speeds *under* what your current speed readout is on your speedometer (if your GPS is good, which it should be, your Waze speed is more accurate than your car's speedometer) This is due to safety/legal reasons on car manufacturers' behalves.

I'm afraid this sounds way more like an iOS matter than a Waze matter. You said it yourself, *after* the iOS 16 update, your phone overheats while using Waze, but Waze didn't change between before and after you updated to iOS 16 (unless you just so happened to updated Waze to its latest version straight after iOS 16).
Either way, as a fellow Wazer, this sounds like Apple's shenanigans.

if you're unable to send them debug logs, you may need to send them android logs (if they need them, they'll ask).
