An error occurred while saving the comment Oh wow, I totally get this! Last time I visited Florida, I had no idea that some exits were SunPass-only and got so confused. I actually had to contact SunPass https://sunpass.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html customer service just to figure out what to do about a missed toll. It would be awesome if Waze let us pick our toll transponder preferences, so we don’t get stuck or fined. Honestly, it would make traveling in new states way less stressful!

It makes sense that Waze shouldn't prioritize public lots when a business has its own parking. Perhaps Waze could partner with services like YourParkingSpace https://yourparkingspace.pissedconsumer.com/review.html to get real-time data on parking availability in private lots, like at the destination. Services like YourParkingSpace could help drivers find guaranteed spots. That would make the app even more useful!

An error occurred while saving the comment As a driver of a larger vehicle, I constantly have to second-guess the app's routing. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Find carry on trailer phone number https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/carry-on-trailer/customer-service.html they offer lots of different solutions for transporting different goods. Think about the safety aspect. Getting routed onto a road with low bridges or weight restrictions is a serious hazard. The ability to input vehicle specs is crucial, it improves driver safety when you carry on trailer.
Waze really needs to step up when it comes to handling HOT lanes info like on the QEW. I've been burned a few times because the routing didn’t know I had access.
I actually contact ipass illinois https://ipass-illinois.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html when driving through toll roads in the Midwest and it works seamlessly — highly recommend their system if you're on the road a lot. It gives real-time toll data and helps plan ahead better, which Waze could learn from.
