Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Currently Not Planned, since we finalized our plans for 2024 and this idea won't be implemented this year.

Yes! This is what I came here for! I use Waze every day, even when I don't need directions. I mainly use it to know where police are and to see if there's any construction along my route. I have the voice alerts turned off because they can get so annoying (the fog alerts, for example) but sometimes I would like to hear certain things. It would be fantastic if users could choose which alerts we want to hear. A menu with check boxes, perhaps would be a great way to select your options!
