Hey,
Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Not right now, since we finalized our plans for 2023 and this idea won't be implemented this year.
We hope to have it included in our plans for later years and will keep you posted.

I live in an area where the tolls fluctuate depending on time of day and traffic. Some routes can be as high as $14 one way.
It would be really nice if Waze could give me two options when calculating a route -- with or without toll roads -- and offer the estimated time for each. As it is now, if I have the toll roads option on, Waze directs me to take toll roads every time, even when a parallel road has little or no traffic on it.
