The motorway sign next to the junction information on my 11" car screen is tiny.. The blue box with the mway number is really hard to read
Everything easy to read except the name of the road when displayed on a turn off direction. Eg m25 when you see the turn junction cue... I can send a picture if you tell me where to share it

Subway/Metro
Creating a Metro/Subway version to the app. The subways apps tend to be out of date or not in active real time for delays. You guys add the human element of “station a has 10 confirmed delays” and this line will be impacted.
You can also tag police locations and allow people to know where they are for safety.1 vote -

Will Waze include State and US Highway avoidance some day? When I want to go somewhere on the bike I want to take all back roads.

Assigning a custom voice to alerts
Could it be possible to assign a custom voice to an alert? E.g. to assign a short police car siren to a police alert, or to upload another own voice to a another alert?

Speed in School Zone is 30 km
If the App gives a warning of school zone coming up in 50 meters, it will be very helpful for the driver to slow down well in advance. In the school zone, if someone is speeding the map should show a bigger warning & may be talk to the driver about cameras giving tickets.

More police icons
I would like to see a feature where when a police is located you can have an option to say if it’s an RBT or mobile speed camera ect… have an option to say what police are there instead of just a police icon.

Wenn man im Vorfeld weiß, dass eine bestimmte Straße gesperrt ist und dies von Waze nicht angezeigt wird, sollte es die Möglichkeit geben, dies direkt zu melden und nicht erst direkt vor Ort. Das bedeutet oftmals einen großen Umweg, nur damit man das Problem melden kann.

Android Auto Feature Parity
Android Auto is lacking a lot of features as opposed to the mobile phone app.
Many of them are already requested here, but I just see Ella (Waze team) marking them all as "NOT RIGHT NOW", without much extra info as to why not. ("Great thinking! We’ll share with the team; they’re always interested in new feature ideas.")
@Ella please take the time to think them over a bit more critically, some are just absurd why they are not going to be implemented.
For example one critical missing feature is reporting is road closures, triggering a reroute without that road.…1 vote -

Waze Public Restroom Locator
PROBLEM:
Several times a day, all humans share the common need to use the restroom. Some of us need to go more frequently than others for various reasons, but when nature calls, it’s a universal truth that we have to answer.
In contrast to Waze's capabilities in providing traffic updates, routes, parking and directions, there is currently no shortcut feature for locating public restrooms. This gap underscores the challenge of finding nearby public restrooms, particularly in unfamiliar areas. Edit Hazard Reports
Often I just click hazard because I'm driving & don't want to miss the exact location.
It would be good if you could go back & edit the hazard when stopped (ie at traffic lights) to add info such as broken down car, elephant on road, elves in bushes etc so other Waze users had a better understanding of what hazard to look out for2 votes -
Hazard reporting wrong way driver, amber alert popup
Send an alert to people in the area of a wrong way driver. Similar to Amber alerts. Notification system for amber alert would reach more people in an area. Suggestion to pull over would reduce the number of accidents

Split avoid toll roads into avoid toll roads and avoid toll bridges
I live in Lisbon, 2 bridges. Tolled only in 1 direction, south to north. I want to avoid toll roads sometimes but not the tolled bridges.

"Not there" option for all incidents on route clickable, not just on alerts
When on route, when there are multiple reports and alerts for police or cars on a side of road it only alerts you of only one, there others sometimes are just missed to click the "not there" option and the alert stays there for others. You should be able to click the report and show the "not there" option all times, not just the like button.

Speed bump notification not working well
I am using Waze for navigation and speed bumbs notifications not appeard on my screen while navigating while it is working well with other users using the same route and at the same time, I suggest to solve this issue if other users face the same issue, and I suggest to make the speed bumbs notifications works even if I use the same way multiple times in the day.

Speedometer Calibration
I’ve noticed a consistent discrepancy between the speed shown in your app and the actual speed displayed on my car’s speedometer. For instance, when I’m driving at 120 km/h, the app shows 115 km/h. I’ve tested this across multiple vehicles, and the gap of about 5 km/h seems consistent.
Could you please consider adding an option in the app to adjust or calibrate the speedometer reading? This would help users ensure more accurate speed tracking while driving.1 vote
