Lane guidance interface
Hi, I have a suggestion to improve lane guidance in Waze.
Currently, when a turn is coming up (e.g., turn right), Waze shows which lanes can be used (e.g., both right lanes). But sometimes, right after that turn, the driver needs to make another move (e.g., a left turn).
In those cases, it would be helpful if Waze still showed the usable lanes, but highlighted the most optimal one for the next maneuver. For example, use a slightly different shade (like a darker green) to indicate that staying in the left of the two right lanes will make the next…

Hello, Waze team!
I would like to suggest implementing an artificial intelligence-based solution to improve the quality of user-submitted location photos before they reach WME (Waze Map Editor).
I don't know the statistics for other countries, but currently in Brazil, around 95% of images are rejected by editors for being of poor quality (blurry, poorly framed, dark, with people and license plates, or irrelevant). This volume of rejections consumes volunteers' time and compromises the efficiency of map editing.

Suggestion: Add Visual Guidance for Flyovers and Exits
Hi Waze Team,
I have a simple but very useful suggestion — please consider adding a clear visual indicator showing whether to take or skip a flyover/exit.
In busy city centers, where multiple exits and roads are close together, it can be confusing to know which ramp or flyover to take. Often, you might see an exit just before the correct one and take it by mistake, only to realize too late — which can easily add 20–30 minutes to a trip.

Current Issue:
When using Waze through CarPlay or Android Auto, drivers and map editors cannot directly save or share a location from the Waze interface.
To save a location, the driver must:
1. Disconnect the phone from CarPlay/Android Auto.
2. Open Waze on the phone.
3. Select “Share location.”
4. Exit the app.
5. Paste the location into Notes or another app and manually add details.This process is complicated, distracting for the driver, and in some cases, can cause accidents.

Road block reporting was displayed vertical
It would easier to select the road blocks if they were verticals options and not horizontal, the same way the direction of traffic is. That way. If you are reporting a block road on the left you select the one on the left and not the top or bottom and if it's the one in the center you select the center. Les escribo desde República Dominicana, donde es muy común el uso de vehículos que funcionan con Gas Licuado de Petróleo (GLP). Sería de gran utilidad que la aplicación incluyera la opción de visualizar estaciones de GLP y sus precios, tal como se hace con otros tipos de combustible.
Esta funcionalidad ayudaría a miles de conductores locales a planificar mejor sus rutas y gastos, y haría que Waze sea aún más relevante en nuestro país.

I have voted for the request for Homer Simpson or Peter Griffin to be used as voices, posted under ‘Navigation’. Despite it being a request made during 2019, it is a pity that nothing seems to have been done about it. Of course, not withstanding what seems to be an automated response regarding it being added to the “user requests” list.
What is the protocol regarding these things? Would anyone that is authorised to elucidate us please consider explaining?

Parabéns pela excelente aplicação de navegação que uso diariamente.
Gostaria de sugerir uma melhoria importante na forma como as distâncias dos percursos e instruções são apresentadas. Atualmente, quando o Waze propõe múltiplos trajetos, as distâncias surgem arredondadas aos quilómetros inteiros — por exemplo, tanto 48,6 km como 49,4 km aparecem como “49 km”. Esta simplificação pode ocultar diferenças reais de até 800 metros entre as rotas, o que influencia negativamente a escolha mais eficiente.
Além disso, nas instruções de condução, seria muito útil poder visualizar distâncias em metros, principalmente…

Historical maps
I would like to suggest adding a feature that allows users to view the history of satellite maps, similar to Google Earth. This would make it possible to see not only the default maps but also the most recent ones. The main goal is to update Waze maps more accurately, by checking the latest road layouts, especially newly built roads.
This feature would help:
Improve map accuracy.
Ensure new roads are reflected as soon as possible.

Make it easier to bookmark addresses
Once I see that checkered pin at the end of the route that is planned, I want to be able to click on that and name it and save it as a bookmarked or favorite address. And while you’re at it, I had a hell of a time trying to simply provide this suggestion. It turns out that having an email and password tied to the app doesn’t mean you have an account to log in with here. That is not clear. Fun route options
The app can give a route suggestion for more economical fuel use by showing a leaf on the route when selecting which route to take. My suggestion is to have a "fun route" option that can have a symbol associated with it that focuses on fun roads, curvy, elevation changes, etc. for those who want a fun drive and care less about fuel economy or fastest route.
